Certification granted by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Ecological Transition through its incentives for all national development activities. In this case it was awarded to the LE PARC project for its contributions to reducing the use of natural resources and responsible management during the construction process.

It also recognizes projects that achieve at least 40% savings in these processes, making them benchmarks in sustainability and conscious environmental design. This certification reduces operational costs in companies, increases the value of their properties and improves their environmental reputation.
