The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood of Quito, within walking distance of restaurants and a large mall. The hotel is very clean, modern, secure and very quiet. My room was a bit on the small side which wasn’t a problem but would have been cramped if I were not staying alone. The staff was friendly and attentive, although I had an issue with the card key which would not allow me to access my floor, which took a day to resolve. The amenities were adequate for the most part (e.g., large screen TV, ample toiletries, comfortable bed, multiple outlets) but were lacking in some respects—only one pod of coffee and two tea bags per day, no suitcase rack, no robe, and an empty Kleenex box which was not replenished by housekeeping. But for these amenities issues and the card key problem, I would have given the hotel five stars.

We’ve been in Quito/ LEPARC hotel for 3 days and I have to say that Domenica and Elizabeth at the restaurant/bar gave us an excellent service. Their kindness and attention were best and we really appreciate all the staff for their warm welcome. Thank you Dominica , vivir en Ecuador es un sueño ❤️❤️

I stayed here twice in May/June 2024 for a total of three nights. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. On both occasions I had large rooms, with big windows, very comfy beds and excellent showers. Breakfast was very nice - a great variety of hot and cold options, including eggs made to order. Very quiet in at night - easy to sleep and the windows have block-out blinds for those who want to use them. All of the staff I interacted with were excellent and spoke very good English. The hotel went above and beyond when I had a little accident a few blocks away and needed assistance getting back to the hotel - someone came to make sure I was ok and bring me back, which was incredibly kind. The neighbourhood is lively, with numerous cafe/restaurant options. I would certainly stay here again.
